Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.jennesa.com (the “Site”) and the Service (the “Service”) operated by Jennesa (the “Site Owner”).

Your access to and use of the Site and the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Site and the Service.

By accessing this Site or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access or use the Site and the Service.

Payment

Accepting PayPal, credit cards and debit cards as payment methods through PayPal and direct transfer to a Thai bank account. The full payment must be paid when purchasing any packages and products.

Price

Prices on the Site are quoted in the Thai Baht (Symbol: ฿; code: THB) are comprehensive of applicable taxes. All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed, except the prices for an order that have been accepted by Jennesa and/or its affiliates are not subject to change after acceptance.

Refund and money-back guarantee

A refund is applicable within 24 hours after your first lesson only, you have the right to cancel your package and receive the rest of your money back by writing a request with written notice via email only.

This money-back guarantee does not apply to a trial lesson and 1 lesson package.

Lessons purchased cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances. If you haven’t used all the lessons within the specific months of each package after purchasing, those unused lessons are lost to you and will not be refunded.

Booking and cancellation

  • Booking, cancellation and rescheduling a lesson must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson begins.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling less than 24 hours, your booked lesson will be deducted from your package. No make-up lesson will be provided.
  • If a student is less than 10 minutes late, there is no problem and the time will simply be deducted from the full lesson time to avoid scheduling conflicts. However, please notify the teacher as soon as you can if you are going to be late.

  • If a student is more than 10 minutes late for the lesson or no show without priority notice, the lesson will be canceled. A late-session or no show will be deducted from your package. No compensation or rescheduling will be provided.

  • If a lesson is canceled by a teacher under any circumstances, a make-up lesson will be arranged.

Copyright

All content included in or made available through this Site and the Service, such as text, graphics, images, videos, audios, digital downloads and data compilations and software is the property of the Site Owner and/or its licensors and protected by international copyright laws. You are granted limited license only for your own personal use and purposes of viewing the material contained on this Site.

Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

  • publishing any Site material in any other media;
  • selling, sub-licensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Site material;
  • publicly performing and/or showing any Site material;
  • using this Site in any way that is or may be damaging to this Site;
  • using this Site in any way that impacts user access to this Site;
  • using this Site contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Site, or to any person or business entity;
  • engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Site;
  • using this Site to engage in any advertising or marketing.

Certain areas of this Site are restricted from being access by you and the Site Owner may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Site, at any time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Site are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.

Your Content

In these Site Standard Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any text, audios, videos, images or other material you choose to display on this Site. By displaying Your Content, you grant the Site Owner a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.

Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. The Site Owner reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Site at any time without notice.

No warranties

This Site is provided “as is,” with all faults, and the Site Owner express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Site or the materials contained on this Site. Also, nothing contained on this Site shall be interpreted as advising you.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall the Site Owner, nor any of its officers and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Site whether such liability is under contract. The Site Owner, including its officers and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Site.

Changes of Terms and Conditions

The Site Owner has the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and any policies at any time without notice. By using this Site you agree to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Any claim relating to the Site will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bangkok, Thailand for the resolution of any disputes.
